All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. We then aim to deliver all orders in two working days. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order and your tracking information.

 

However, sometimes during sale periods, COVID or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. You can track your order via the link in your confirmation email. If you have not received your delivery within five working days in the USA or ten working days for international orders, please contact us via email. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

Duties and Taxes

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from Jafra-Pal, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Jafra-Pal. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned, and you will not be refunded.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in US dollar. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. To get an estimate of what the exchange rate currently is please use Google converter.

RETURN POLICY

We do our best to make sure that items, their descriptions, measurements, and colors are portrayed as accurately as possible. All product returns will be managed on an individual basis. If you would like to inquire about returning an item you purchased from us, please contact us by email at Jafra-Pal@gmail.com and we will get back to you ASAP in order to discuss the issue and give you further instructions, should they be required.

In the event that an item needs to be returned, it must be on route back to us within 14 days of your receipt. The return shipment must be trackable and all applicable tracking numbers and/or tracking information must be provided to us by email as soon as the package has been shipped. Your refund will be applied once the package is received back at Jafra-Pal and only then after we have inspected the returned item to ensure that it has not been worn, washed, or damaged before being returned to us.
