We are unable to guarantee if/when a specific item will be restocked due to the
unique manufacturing process behind each product. However, we are constantly
adding new products, colors, and styles to our collection.

Yes, we ship internationally to cover Europe and Canada and Middle East areas.
We strive to enlarge and expand our reach to other areas of the world.

Jafra-Pal cares about your feedback of their products. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we will be happy to provide a
FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the United States. Return
your order to us within 14 days of purchase. Jafra-Pal will process a full refund
back to your original payment method. Customers from outside the United States
are not eligible for returns.
