Return your order to us within 14 days of purchase. Jafra Pal will process a full refund back to your original payment method. Customers from outside the United States are not eligible for returns.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. We then aim to deliver all orders in two working days. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order and your tracking information.

However, sometimes during sale periods, COVID or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. You can track your order via the link in your confirmation email. If you have not received your delivery within five working days in the USA or ten working days for international orders, please contact us via email. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.
